Vulnerable people need 10% Supporting People increase

As Programme for Government negotiations continue, a broad coalition of charities is demonstrating for an immediate 10% increase in funding for Supporting People services to protect many of Northern Ireland’s most vulnerable people.

The Big Lunch was started in 2009 by the Eden Project with the aim is to get as many of the 64 million people in the UK as possible to have lunch with their neighbours in a simple act of community spirit and it has been growing each year with 7.29 million UK residents joining in last year!
