Congratulations to Claire Cunningham from Carnlough who was our STAR survey winner for this quarter. We work with Voluntas, an independent market research company, to carry out satisfaction surveys with tenants on our behalf. These surveys are completed via telephone on a range of service areas including our Services Centre, Repairs and Maintenance. We aim to complete 110 surveys per month to ensure we obtain a full range of tenant views. Claire took a few minutes to complete the survey and was selected as this quarter’s winner. This week Cathy Doyle, Area Housing Manager presented Claire with a Samsung tablet.
