With gyms, leisure centres, swimming pools and community centres closed, now is the time to ensure we are all looking after ourselves by staying active at home.
As well as getting out once a day in your neighbourhood for a brisk walk or cycle, there are loads of ways to increase your activity levels in the house. From chair yoga to the nation’s PE teacher Joe Wicks, we know that many of our tenants are diving in to home work outs and getting creative with their exercise. We want to encourage this! Exercise is great for your mental health as well as a great boost for your immune system.
