Lone Worker Training is provided to all Choice frontline employees.
To date over 100 Housing Officers, Property Services Officers, Scheme Coordinators and other frontline employees have completed this course.
Course content includes Risks faced when Working Alone, Preventative Measures to assist in managing lone working more effectively, Abuse, Threats & Assaults, Personal Safety Methods for Working Alone.
