If you are in receipt of Universal Credit, or have made an application for Universal Credit, please ensure you log in to your online account on 3rd April 2023.
On your ‘To Do List’, there will be a new task asking you to update your new rent and service charges. Please ensure your Housing Costs are accurate for 2023.
You will need to complete this on 3rd April 2023 or before your assessment period for UC ends in the month of April. Late notification could mean your additional charges will not be covered
