Our online tenant portal, ‘My Choice’ is available now.  Recent improvements include the ability to raise non-emergency, simple repairs any time. Repair history, including the status of repairs, is also available.

What services can I access through ‘My Choice’?

You can quickly and securely:

  • Access your account online to view your rent account
  • Report a non-emergency repair and view current/past repairs
  • View your contact information and update your contact details
  • Report an issue or concern


How do I register for ‘My Choice’?

You can register with ‘My Choice’ on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. Just click on the link https://my.choice-housing.org/ which will take you to the My Choice home page. Click on ‘Register New Account’ and follow the instructions. If you already have an account just log in using your username and password.
