The year 2024/25 was marked by expansion of our support services to tenants and their communities, significant investment in both new social housing and improvement of our existing homes. We completed a number of innovative mixed tenure housing developments, harnessing the skills and expertise of the Group and continued to prioritise shared housing to promote diverse and integrated neighbourhoods. We continued to work in partnership with like-minded organisations across a range of supported housing schemes and are focused on continuous improvement in everything that we do.
