Last week during Choice Shared Housing Week, the Antrim Mosaic Project was Launched.
The initiative saw residents, including those from Choice Housing schemes, take part in creative workshops where each participant designed an individual tile.
These tiles will come together to form a large-scale mosaic, designed by professional artist Mhairi McGhie, symbolising unity, creativity, and shared identity.
The completed artwork will be unveiled during Good Relations Week on 25th October 2025 at Castle Mall, Antrim. This project ensures that community pride and collaboration will be celebrated for years to come.
Beyond the finished piece, the project highlights the benefits of creativity for wellbeing, connection, and inclusion.
The Antrim Mosaic Project is delivered in partnership with Antrim Community Fridge and Castle Mall.
