Armchair Warriors is an easy and accessible routine for all of our tenants to enjoy.

These gentle exercises and stretches are designed to improve flexibility, boost comfort and support cardiovascular health and can be adapted to suit everyone. They are simple, low-impact and adaptable, so you can try and include them in your daily routine.
