Work begins on £18.3m Choice Housing Development

Choice Housing, one of Northern Ireland’s largest housing associations alongside their subsidiary Maple and May has launched the construction of their £18 million mixed tenure development in Newry. The project team were joined at the city centre location by Clonrose Developments, who will lead the development of the site.

Choice marks 25th anniversary of sheltered living scheme in Larne

Marking 25 years in the town, Pound Green Court comprises of 32 modern apartments which offer residents independent living, close to a range of amenities with a range of shared facilities and support if required.
