We have also established a direct services organisation; Choice Services Limited, which will include roles in building, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance services that will manage maintenance and repairs across more than 4,000 homes. Holidays – Staff are entitled to a minimum of 22 days annual leave plus an additional 12 statutory and public holidays (pro rata where applicable). After completion of 5 years continuous service, staff receive a further 5 days annual leave.
