Choice, one of the leading providers of affordable Housing in Northern Ireland, is seeking to recruit a Clerk of Works to support the Development & Growth Team based at Leslie Morrell House.

 Applicants should have:-

• Experience in a similar working environment
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations
• Specialist knowledge of site safety requirements
• Ability to identify unsatisfactory construction work and provide written reports
• Current driving license & access to private transport

 

Desirable Criteria:-

• Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works

• Experience of maintenance provision

• Experience particularly in the delivery of supervision and inspection of mechanical and electrical works
