 Choice, one of the leading providers of social Housing in Northern Ireland, is seeking to recruit a Development Officer to support the Development Management Team based at Leslie Morrell House.

Applicants should have:-

• Degree level qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience;

• Knowledge of social housing development process; and

• Full valid driving licence and access to transport.

Desirable Criteria:-

• Knowledge and experience of the construction procurement process; and

• Experience of Management of Construction Projects.

• A Construction Related Qualification HNC, HND, MSC
