Financial Inclusion Manager

37 Hours per week

Essential Criteria:-

  • 3rd level qualification (or equivalent) and; a minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice Or

Minimum of 2 A-levels (grades A-C) and; a minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice

  • Practical knowledge and experience of welfare benefits and money advice

  • Knowledge of Welfare Reform Act

  • Ability to identify tenant vulnerabilities which would impact financial capability.

 

Desirable:-

  • Welfare rights advice qualification

  • Completion of Financial capability / advice training

  • Experience of developing and overseeing the delivery of strategic objectives including Financial Inclusion Strategies and other policy initiatives

  • An understanding of risk management, particularly those facing the social housing sector.
