 The Association is seeking applications for the position of a Good Relations Officer for the Housing Association Integration Project.

 

The Housing Association Integration Project (HAIP) is a unique initiative aimed at promoting good relations interaction across housing association stock in Northern Ireland and the border regions of ROI. The project seeks to link social housing tenants from a range of religious and cultural backgrounds to share experiences together, learn about differences and embrace diversity in the communities in which they live.

 

The project is supported by the EU’s Peace IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

 

Essential Criteria:-

• A Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline e.g. social science; community development; community relations AND 3 years’ experience working in community relations.

 

OR

 

5 years’ experience working in community relations.

 

• At least 3 years’ experience of working on a funded community development programme and reporting on progress towards targets.

 

• Experience of monitoring and managing budgets in accordance with policies, procedures/ external funding requirements.
