Property Services Officer

The Association is seeking applications for the position of a Property Services Officer who will manage an area maintenance service with responsibility for response maintenance and servicing contracts for a portfolio of properties.

Applicants should have:-

- HND or equivalent in a surveying, building services or property management related discipline     

OR

Sound knowledge of building construction with a minimum of 5 year's relevant experience in construction or estate/property management.

- Clear evidence of sound decision making skills

- Good organisational and computer skills that include MS word and other MS programmes.

- Current driving licence and access to private transport.

It would be desirable for applicants to have experience in the housing sector.
