Choice Housing Ireland Limited is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the Development & Growth Directorates based at Leslie Morrell House, May Street, Belfast.

 

Essential Criteria:-

• Degree or equivalent third level qualification in Quantity Surveying.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a construction related discipline or multi-disciplinary firm of consultants.

• Extensive knowledge of tendering, contract administration and contract partnering.

• Skilled in project and budget management and contract performance monitoring.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and meet business objectives.

 

Desirable:-

• Membership of RICS
• Practical experience of both public and private construction sectors.
• Experience in delivering a customer focused service.
• Working knowledge of CAD, measured survey and contract document preparation.
