Senior Quality Compliance Officer

37 hours/wk.

Salary Scale £30,600 - £35,700 pa

Applicants should have:-

 

• HND or equivalent in a surveying, building services or property management related discipline or 5 years relevant experience.

 

• At least four years’ experience in a quality role with an environmental, H&S or compliance environment. or facilities management service

 

• Demonstrate experience of implementing and managing a quality management system, including stakeholder buy in and support.

 

• Knowledge of Building Services

 

Desirable Criteria:-

• Degree or equivalent in a construction or property management, services or related topic

• The coordination of annual investment programme or large scale construction contracts

• Experience of NEC Contracts

• Can demonstrate experience in presentation, tenant consultation, liaison & tenant choice
