We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2018.
The Awards continue to attract a high quality of entries and a diverse selection of projects, companies, and products. Shortlisted projects and schemes were selected by the judges as they detailed evidence to demonstrate actual measured performance and not just design intent or performance specifications.
Choice have been shortlisted in the “Project of the Year – Residential” category for Killynure Green, our family housing scheme in Carryduff. Killynure Green is a ground-breaking zero carbon development, designed to meet Level 5 of The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH). It is the first scheme in Northern Ireland to achieve this standard and in doing so has met strict targets around areas such as energy & CO2 emissions, water, ecology, and waste.
Winners from the shortlisted entries will be announced at the 2018 CIBSE Building Performance Awards Dinner, Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane on Tuesday 6 February 2018. Watch this space!
