As we return to tighter restrictions, I want to reassure all our tenants that we are working hard to deliver the best service we can.
Financial worries are on the rise for many of us and at Choice we have dedicated staff to assist you with money problems, so should you feel the need our Financial Inclusion team can give you expert advice to help you manage these challenging times.
I encourage all our tenants to adhere to the Public Health Agency advice, so that we can protect the vulnerable members of our community, each of us has an important role to play.
Although things are incredibly difficult right now there is reason to be hopeful. I begin the new year encouraged by the news of a vaccine and I know the support packages the government are putting in place will play a key role in seeing our community through the next few months.
