Scheme Coordinator – Elm Court

Salary Scale £18,727 - £21,848 (Pro Rata) pa

The post holder will provide day to day support to tenants, liaising directly with tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, and manage the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment

 

Applicants should have:-

▪ One year’s recent experience providing care/support preferably to people who have retired.

▪ Admin experience - collate and organise records;   

▪ Demonstrable IT experience

 

It would be desirable for applicants to have aQualification in Housing or Support/Care.
