Our Governance

We promote and embed the highest standards of accountability, integrity and probity and set the appropriate policies and internal controls to support our decision-making.

Our Board Members bring a broad range of expertise and experience. This ranges from customer service, to finance and property as well as corporate governance.

The Board is responsible for:

• Setting the strategy for the Choice Group
• Risk control and management
• The achievement of the Group’s objectives and performance targets
• Ensuring effective systems of governance and internal control
• Ensuring that all business within the Group is conducted in accordance with the constitution and the relevant acts and standards set by our regulators

We continually review and improve our governance standards in line with best practice in our sector as well as working with our regulator to ensure we continue to meet our statutory obligations.
