St. Paul's Court is a supported housing scheme specially designed to meet the needs of adults with mild to moderate dementia. Support at the scheme is provided by Praxis Care. Housing waiting list area of choice: CLA TONAGH/MANOR/CAUSEWAY
The Scheme is situated on the Ballinderry Road, Lisburn in a quiet residential area, close to shops, local amenities and public transport. The accommodation is comprised of fifteen bungalows in an attractive courtyard setting and a further eight apartments.
The bungalows have two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a shower room as wells as an enclosed rear garden. All of the bungalows are equipped with an interquartz call system, and all have under floor heating.
Seven of the apartments have one bedroom; the remaining apartment has two bedrooms. These apartments have been designed for individuals requiring a higher level of support. They comprise a living, dining and kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. A large shared living area is also available for all to use.
Staff are available twenty four hours per day.
