Choice showcase £500k upgrade of Kimberley House

Choice Housing Ireland joined the Mayor of Ards and North Down, Aderman Bill Keery and partners, including Praxis Care to celebrate the completion of a £500k refurbishment project. The transformation of Kimberley House from a traditional residential home into self -contained supported living apartments, which is funded by the Housing Executive’s Development Programme Group, marks a new chapter for tenants of this scheme.

Construction begins on £1.6m investment in Coleraine

Work is now officially under way at a new housing scheme on Beresford Avenue, Coleraine which will see 14 new homes developed in the area. The £1.6 million development will offer general needs accommodation for up to 36 people and will be a mix of two-bedroom houses and one-bedroom apartments.

One hundred and ten people attended a cross community ceilidh this week at the Millbrook Lodge in Ballynahinch. Choice organised the event for local residents aged 50+ which was funded through the Department for Communities T:Buc initiative.
